Lead · AGO Solutions
Dr Yinka Oyebade is a qualified General Practitioner with over 11 years' experience working within the NHS. She currently serves as Lead GP at a busy practice in South East London.
Dr Oyebade is deeply passionate about women's health and health education, and is committed to empowering patients and communities through accessible, evidence-based care. Alongside her clinical work, she is actively involved in community engagement and frequently speaks at educational and health awareness events, helping to improve public understanding of key health issues and promote preventative care.
She is a GP Tutor for medical students at King's College London and coaches and mentors healthcare professionals across Primary Care in South East London. She also holds an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management for GP Coaching and Mentoring, reflecting her commitment to strong leadership and the development of high-quality healthcare services.
Registered Manager & Healthcare Coach · AGO Solutions
Cynthia Oyebade is a Registered Manager and qualified Healthcare Coach who brings over 17 years of coaching and mentoring experience — spanning healthcare, professional development, and organisational leadership — to her work in the care sector. Her career has been defined by a single commitment: ensuring that every person receiving care is treated with dignity, compassion, and the highest professional standards.
Cynthia's expertise spans domiciliary care, staff development and training, reablement, and regulatory compliance — equipping care teams and organisations with the knowledge, confidence, and leadership capability they need to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.
She brings both technical rigour and genuine warmth to everything she does. Holding an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, she believes that when care professionals are properly supported, the people they care for truly flourish.
